Will I need to help the driver carry the furniture into my home?

No. For larger items a two-person delivery crew from ArrowXL will handle the order for you. They’ll bring your piece into the room of your choice, assemble it if required, and remove the packaging for you.

If the crew feel that the item will not fit, for example through a doorway or stairwell then they will let you know. You can then choose to accept the delivery to the closest accessible point.

Please note that for health and safety reasons ArrowXL's terms and conditions limit delivery to first floor unless the product can be moved into a lift. You can then choose to accept the delivery to the closest accessible point.
