Can I get a VAT refund?

We cannot refund the VAT once an order has been placed through our website in the majority of situations. However there are some exceptions to the rule: if you are a private customer outside the EU we can make a VAT repayment to you once customs documentation has been received by us within three months of the purchase date. These will be available from your local courier and should be sent to us through the contact form below.
