I've been contacted about a production delay, what does this mean?
Given all our items are handmade by artisans and workshops across the world, delays can occasionally happen. We can only apologise for these delays and assure you we’ll keep you up to date on the progress of your order.
You can track the progress of your order in the My Orders section of your Swoon account page. To find it log in to our website, go to the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner and click on ‘My Orders’.
