I've been contacted about a production delay, what does this mean?
We are sorry that you have received an email regarding a delay to your furniture. Very occasionally, unforeseen circumstances can affect our production line.
This means we will have done everything we can to prevent this occurring before letting you know that unfortunately, your order may be behind the expected schedule.
Your email will include a new delivery estimate and as soon as your furniture is ready for delivery, our delivery partners will be in touch to arrange a specific delivery date.
