Can I reschedule or cancel my delivery once booked?
If your furniture is being delivered by DPD, you can view your parcel options on their website or on the DPD app using your tracking number. From there, all the options available for your delivery will be listed including changing your delivery date.
For furniture delivered with ArrowXL, you can follow the original delivery link sent to you by text and email to amend your delivery date up to 48 hours before delivery.
