How can I book a delivery date?
If your item is a one-man delivery with DPD, as soon as your furniture is ready you will be allocated the first date available for delivery. If the date of delivery that you're given by DPD isn't suitable, you can follow the link in their text or email to amend the date or to choose from one of the other delivery options.
On the day of delivery, you will receive a text in the morning letting you know the one-hour delivery window. If the window allocated isn’t suitable, unfortunately, we aren’t able to amend this but you can follow the link in their text or email to leave the parcel in a safe place, with a designated neighbour or to collect from a DPD pickup shop.
For two-man deliveries with ArrowXL, you will be contacted by text and email letting you know your furniture is ready to be booked. You can follow the link and select a convenient delivery date from the delivery diary available in your area.
On your chosen date you will receive a text to confirm your two-hour delivery window. If your address is on one of their busier routes, you'll be given a four-hour delivery slot. We are unable to amend the time slot.
The driver will also give you a call when they are on the way to make your delivery, this is usually around 20 to 30 minutes beforehand but can fluctuate depending on how far away the prior delivery is.
