Can I change my contact or delivery details on an order?
In order to change your phone number, delivery address or delivery preferences you will need to email our care team through the online form - don't forget to include the same email address that was used to place the order!
If your delivery is due very soon you may want to call us on 020 3319 6332 to let us know changes are needed, however you will still be required to send an email for a change of address.
We can change your delivery address (unless you placed your order with Klarna), please try to let us know any changes to your address with as much notice as possible so that we can pass this information over to our delivery partners.
Unfortunately, we are not able to change the email address you entered when you ordered your furniture so make sure to enter the correct and most appropriate email address when placing your order.
To change your delivery preferences with DPD, look out for their text and email when your item is ready and all delivery options will be available by following the link or entering your parcel number into their tracking system at dpd.co.uk. You can also download the DPD app to set your delivery preferences.
