Can I exchange my item for something else?
We're sorry, but we aren’t able to exchange any furniture for you.
If you'd like to cancel your order before delivery, you can do so by signing into your account via our website, then clicking on the profile icon on the top right-hand side of the page. Find your order, then click on 'Cancel this Item' beneath the piece that you no longer want. We will issue you with a full refund.
If your furniture has already been delivered, but you've changed your mind and would like something else, no problem, just let us know within 14-days.
Contact our care team and we will arrange for a free return of your furniture. You can contact our care team through our live chat feature and via our online form.
You can then purchase what you would like by placing a new order via our website.
