Can I exchange my item for something else?
We're sorry, but we can't offer to exchange any furniture for you.
If you'd like to cancel your order before delivery, you can do so by signing into your account via our website, then clicking on the 'My Orders' section to the left of the page. Find your order, then click on 'Cancel this Item' beneath the piece that you no longer want.
If your furniture has already been delivered, but you've changed your mind and would like something else, you'll need to get in touch with our Care team to arrange collection of the unwanted furniture, then purchase what you would like by placing a new order via our website.
