Can I change my contact or delivery details on an order?
Apart from the email address you entered when you ordered your furniture, you can change all of the contact and delivery details on your order by calling our Care team on 020 3389 7550.
If you'd like to make changes to your details after booking your delivery date, please give us as much notice as possible so that we can pass them on to our delivery partners.
If you'd like to change your delivery method to Click & Collect, look out for an email or text message from DPD telling you that your order is out for delivery.
Provided that your order is eligible, you'll see the option to divert your delivery to a pickup point of your choice.
