Where is my order?
Once you've placed your order, you should receive a confirmation email telling you when you can expect your furniture to be delivered. You can also check the status of your current orders by signing into your account via our website, then clicking on the 'My Orders' section in your profile icon.
If we need to make a change to the status of your order, you'll automatically receive an email to let you know.
You'll receive an update as soon as your furniture has arrived in the UK, and from there, our couriers will get in touch with you to arrange a specific delivery date.
