Where is my order?
Once you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email telling you when you can expect your furniture to be delivered.
If you have ordered multiple pieces of furniture this may vary from piece to piece depending on which stage of production your item is in when the order is placed. For Bespoke furniture, these go into production when you place the order with us.
To track your order, simply:
- log into your Swoon account and then navigate to ‘My Account’ - ‘My Orders’.
- Once here, if you click ‘View Order’ you will see the breakdown of where each of your items are.
- If you click the icon at the end of each tracking line, it will show you a detailed description of where your order is.
As soon as your furniture is ready for delivery, our couriers will get in touch with you to arrange a specific delivery date.
