Where is my order?
Once you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email telling you when you can expect your furniture to be delivered.
If you have ordered multiple pieces of furniture this may vary from piece to piece depending on which stage of production your item is in when the order is placed. For Bespoke furniture, these go into production when you place the order with us.
You can also check the status of your current orders by signing into your account via our website, then clicking on the profile icon on the top right-hand-side to view your orders.
If we need to make a change to the status of your order, you'll automatically receive an email to let you know.
You'll receive an update from us as soon as your furniture has arrived in the UK, and from there, our couriers will get in touch with you to arrange a specific delivery date.
