My property is hard to access - how can I give the delivery driver specific delivery instructions?
Once your furniture is ready to be delivered, our delivery partner will contact you via text message or email.
If your furniture is being delivered by DPD, you can download their app and upload a photograph of your property to let the driver know more details of how to find you.
If you'd like to advise us of any special delivery instructions relating to access to your property, please contact our care team through our online form or by phone on 020 3319 6332.
If your property is a new-build with a new postcode, please advise an alternative postcode and instructions on how to locate your property from there as not all new postcodes are recognisable by the GPS software.
