I've missed my delivery - what can I do?
We are sorry to hear you have missed your delivery. If there was no-one in to accept your delivery our delivery partner will have left you a card with instructions asking you to rearrange a new date.
To ensure successful delivery, we would always recommend planning these to days where you are free to be in an hour either side of your allocated delivery slot.
Please be aware that for rearranged deliveries involving a two-man crew, a fee of £48 may be charged.
