How can I cancel an order?
We are sorry you would like to cancel your order.
You can cancel your order by signing into your account on the website and finding the ‘my orders’ page through the profile icon on the top right-hand side. Find the relevant order, then click on 'Cancel this Item' beneath the piece that you no longer want.
We will then issue you with a full refund, this will be credited back to your original payment method in 5-10 working days.
If your item has processed ready for delivery or has been delivered to you, please contact our care team through our online form with your order number and which item you would like to cancel.
