My monthly statement: what to do if I don’t receive my statement, or if I receive my statement before my designs arrive?
Klarna will send you an account overview and your monthly statement via email, along with instructions to make your payment. You will only start receiving statements once your designs are delivered.
If you haven't received a statement after you've received your designs, or need help making a payment, please contact Klarna's customer service team who will assist you further.
