I’ve cancelled my order. How long will it take to receive a refund and how will I be refunded?

If you contact us to cancel your order, Klarna will process your refund immediately.

This will be returned back to your Klarna account within 3–5 business days.

The refund will be made back to your Klarna account, which you can access by logging in on the Klarna website www.klarna.com/uk.
