Why Haven't I Received my Refer-a-Friend Discount?
Just to clarify a couple of things, you will receive a Refer-a-Friend code if:
- You have introduced friends to Swoon.
- A friend has made an order with Swoon.
- The friend used your details at checkout.
- You have waited 48 hours for the code to process into your account.
If the above has been fulfilled and you are still having some trouble, then fill out our online form. Please Include the email address and name of the friend you referred and one of our Product Specialists will look into this for you.
