Why isn't my voucher code working?

We're sorry to hear your voucher hasn’t been working. There are some conditions that will prevent your voucher code working, here’s a few things to check:

• The furniture is not on offer or already in a promotion
• The furniture isn’t in our Selects Range.
• The furniture isn’t in the clearance range.
• You’re not trying to purchase a gift card.
• You are inputting the code in the correct section, this can be found in the full cart view.

Lastly there is a time restriction to most voucher codes so make sure it hasn’t expired!
