When will I be told my delivery window?
For small items, as soon as it is ready for delivery, you will be contacted with a delivery date. If the delivery date you're given isn't suitable, you can choose another delivery date. On the day of delivery, you will be contacted in the morning letting you know the delivery time window. If the window allocated isn’t suitable, you can arrange a new date with the parcel courier company, or to leave the parcel in a safe place, with a designated neighbour or collect from a local shop.
For large items, as soon as it is ready for delivery, you will be contacted by the courier company to book a delivery date with a time window. If the delivery date you’re given isn’t suitable, you can arrange a new date with the courier company. On the day of delivery, the driver will give you a call around 30 minutes before arrival.
