Who are your delivery partners? How do you book a delivery?

Your order will be fulfilled and brought to you by one of our reliable and trusted delivery partners. 

For smaller items, delivery is handled by DPD, who will ensure the package is brought right to your doorstep. 

Larger items that require two people to carry and deliver are usually handled by either DX or The Sofa Delivery Company. The choice between these two partners depends on the specific item you have purchased as well as the particular delivery service that is needed to accommodate the size and nature of the product.

Once your order has been prepared and is ready for shipment, the designated delivery partner will reach out to you directly. They will contact you via both text message and email to coordinate and confirm the most convenient delivery date for you.
