How can I return an item?
We are sorry you would like to return an item from your order. No problem though, just request to return the item within the 14-day period after receipt. We’ll come to collect it and refund you the cost of the product and the delivery fee, but a collection charge will still apply unless there is a fault with the item. This will be the same amount as the delivery fee.
Our mattresses come with a 100-night trial. If you find our mattress is not to your liking within 100 days, we can collect this for you free of charge and issue you with a full refund.
