If you'd like to cancel your order before delivery, you can do so by contacting our care team through our live chat feature or via our online form.
If your furniture has already been delivered, but you've changed your mind, just let us know within 30 days and we can arrange a return and refund for you.
You can then purchase what you would like by placing a new order via our website.
