How do your lead times work?
Editions are made in small batches and are put live on the website as soon as we’ve signed off a design. That design will then go into production at one of our workshops. A longer lead time suggests production has just begun whereas a shorter lead time means the furniture will shortly be arriving in the UK.
Bespoke pieces are a little different, since we only start making those once you've placed your order. We normally estimate a delivery lead time of between 8 and 10 weeks for these pieces.
Selects vary per brand, all lead times can be found in the product description.
Speedy pieces are all expected to be delivered in 2 weeks or less, that’s because they’re already in our distribution warehouse ready to be collected by our delivery team.
To give you a general idea:
- Lead times 3-6 months: Production has just started or is underway at our workshop
- Lead times 1-2 months: The furniture is on it’s way to the UK - usually by ship
- Lead times up to a month: The furniture is nearly at the port and will soon be at our distribution center
