Does my furniture come with a guarantee?

Our mattresses come with a 100-night trial to check that you think they are as luxurious and comfortable as we do. Beyond this, they come with a 5-year guarantee.

All the furniture in our bespoke ranges come with a 5-year guarantee on the frame. Please note this does not include the fabric or furnishings.

Our other furniture and accessories do not come with a guarantee. 

As our valued customer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your furniture. If you discover that your furniture is defective, or you're unhappy with it for any reason, please get in touch with our Care team through our online form, who'll be happy to help. Make sure to include your order number and some photographs demonstrating the issue.
