Can I get a VAT refund?

If you're located in the Channel Islands, you'll be eligible for a VAT refund once your furniture has been successfully delivered.

For us to process your refund for you, you'll need to send us the proof of delivery documentation. When we've received this from you, the refund will be issued and credited back to your account within 3–5 business days.
