I can't find my confirmation email. Can you re-send it to me?

No problem! You can access your order confirmation in your online account.

Log in to your account > My Orders > Select your order > Print Order

This will allow you to download your order confirmation.

If you didn't set up an account when you placed your order online, send a message to our care team through our online form including your email address and your postcode and we'll have that re-sent.

Our emails can sometimes get stuck in your spam filter, so make sure you've double-checked your email junk folder, just in case.
