I can't find my confirmation email. Can you re-send it to me?
You should have received a confirmation email from us on the same day that you placed your order.
If you didn't receive one, then please send a message to our care team through our online form, along with the postcode and email address you placed your order with. A member of our Care team will resend the email to you.
Our emails can sometimes get stuck in your spam filter, so make sure you've double-checked your email junk folder, just in case.
Alternatively, you can view your order in the ‘My Orders’ section within ‘My Account’.
