My furniture has arrived incomplete - what can I do?

If you have ordered multiple items and only one has arrived, they may have different lead times depending on the production schedules as they may come from different suppliers. Our items are also delivered by different couriers depending on their size, so check on the delivery information to see if your items are fulfilled by the same courier.
If a piece of your furniture is missing, let's get that sorted for you. Please send over a photograph of the furniture and the label on the packaging along with your order number to our care team through our online form. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
