My furniture has arrived incomplete - what can I do?
We are sorry to hear that something is missing from your order.
If you have ordered multiple items and only one has arrived, access your online account and your ‘my orders’ section under the profile icon on the right-hand side of the site and check the delivery date of each item. They may have different lead times depending on the production schedules as they may come from different suppliers.
Our items are also delivered by different couriers depending on their size, so check on the delivery information to see if your items are fulfilled by the same courier.
If you are missing screws, hardware or assembly instructions, we are sorry to hear that. Get in touch with your order number and a description of what is missing. Our care team can get replacements ordered for you.
If a piece of your furniture is missing, let's get that sorted for you, please send over a photograph demonstrating this along with your order number to our care team through our online form. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
