My furniture has arrived incomplete - what can I do?
We're sorry to hear something was missing from your order.
If you're missing tools, fixings or instructions, please click below to send our care team a message, giving them your order number and telling them what's missing. They can then send the replacements to you via Royal Mail, which should take between 3 and 5 days.
If part of your furniture is missing, please click below to send us a message. You'll need to provide your order number, and attach a few pictures of the furniture that you have received along with the packaging and labelling it came with. One of our Care team will then be in touch with you to sort things out.
