What happens if I am unable to make payments to Klarna?
If you don’t make a payment to Klarna for 2 consecutive months, after the second consecutive missed payment, the outstanding balance in your account will no longer be interest free and will become interest-bearing, meaning you will have to pay interest on it at 18.9% APR.
Then, if you are unable to make payments for 2 consecutive months after your account is transformed to interest-bearing, Klarna will begin debt collection proceedings.
Your monthly payments to Klarna should be made in full and on time to avoid incurring interest. You can opt to pay less than your set monthly amount with Klarna if you wish, but payments will then include added interest at a rate of 18.9% APR (variable).
