Workforce Ethics, Sourcing & Sustainability

Within our Swoon community, we hold our suppliers and manufacturers to the same worker treatment and workplace standards as we do ourselves. This includes making sure they all provide clean, properly ventilated, and safe environments to work in. 

Before working with any suppliers, we always visit them ourselves and make sure a certified third-party organisation has completed social compliance audits within their facilities. Including that the manufacturers adhere to the ETI base code, more information on this can be found here. We also have our team of quality control guardians based at the factories, who ensure we always maintain excellent working conditions.

We are always working towards being more sustainable whilst continuing to make the same beautiful, stylish designs that we know our customers love! We currently have a particular focus on sourcing wood responsibly and work very closely with our suppliers to ensure the wood we use is not endangered or illegally harvested.
